How to create a picture

We make a board of the necessary size, from the dried boards of coniferous species of wood. Each board goes through the stage of aging (brushing) and grinding. After assembling the shield, its surface is fired to clog the possible release of resin.

The next step is the application of special soil to the wood surface, which serves as the basis for the applied image. Thanks to him, the picture almost does not lose in color saturation and accuracy. And also the soil protects the picture from external factors and bugs 🙂
Drawing image
Application takes place with special printing equipment, natural inks on the prepared surface of the picture. After that, the master can manually modify the effect of antiquity and vintage.
Protective layer
The final step in creating the painting will be the application of a protective varnish to preserve the image from dust and UV radiation. After the picture is sent to dry, then to the quality control department, then to the packaging and shipping.
